Though I am not ready to move forward with a case yet, Mr. Hilgeman was very informative, and answered all my concerns thoroughly. I also found their website full of useful information, yet streamlined enough not to be overwhelming. I contacted Mr Hilgeman to inquire about a personal injury. I found his website extremely informational. I was especially impressed with Mr. Hilgeman being a fourth generation lawyer and his successes during his career. This gave me the confidence I needed to contact him personally to get more information. He was very friendly and helped ease my concerns about hiring him to assist me with my legal needs. It removed so much stress knowing that I do not have to come out of pocket for anything up front and do not pay unless my case is won. I was hesitant to contact a lawyer for that very reason - concern about how much it would cost me over the duration of my case. I know these things can take time. Jack Hilgeman and his office made my experience with my case easy. I had hired another firm previous for the same case and became unhappy with them. I fired them and went to Cowan & Hilgeman. Jack took the time to explain things to me in a manner that helped me to understand the process. Anytime I had a question either him or his staff (Michelle and Dawn) took the time to answer everything.
